During July visited twice famous Greek island Mykonos with friends and had a great time. Great hospitality from all the local wave riders Panagiotis, Fanouris & Giannis. Visited one of the best bar-restaurants in Mykonos O'bati and had great times there. Really honored and blessed to have such a great hospitality. Thanks to all of you. Really miss u and definitely we will come back as soon as possible.
 
 
As far as windsurfing is concerned: not the best ftelia but good fun in Korfos bay. The good thing though is that you can still do so many things even if the wind refuses to blow in Mykonos. So really enjoyed SUP and had fun. Visited the go-cart also and had great time there as well.

New generation in wave
fitness and preparation with KOUS switching between gym and mountain biking
when not windsurfing. KOUS joins the "GOOD FIGHT"
CANNONDALES best choice.
KOUS stated: I am very happy for the new "toy" that will help me reach new
levels of fitness. I know I am fit enough to get out in the sea in the worst
conditions possible but I need the edge. In order to get this extra
confidence and benefit more in the fitness section I feel very lucky I met
one of the innovators of the cycling sport not only in Greece but worldwide
Mr. Gatsoulis (importer of CANNONDALE). Gatsoulis team will support me when
not windsurfing with the best of the best - CANNONDALE. So I am pretty
stoked about it. I really think that mountain biking will become regular in
my training program and the results will be awesome.

Ο KOUS επέλεξε το Mountain Bike και την γυμναστική ως το βασικό πρόγραμμα αερόβιας προπόνησης. Την στήριξη στην επιλογή του αυτή προσφέρει η εταιρία Γατσούλης και το ποδήλατο της Cannondale. Alepoxori is back and both
of these days were only for the best. KOUS ripped the waves in shreds with
his powerful unique style and almost ended to the rocks. Just so lucky to
sail in by the far the best conditions Greece has to offer with head high
waves and a mast size swell.

Anavissos is back and when the
wind picks up more than force 6 is simply awesome. Southerly winds greeted
KOUS and NICK who both scored great waves and nice aerials.

2009 greeted the wave warriors
team with nice waves at Laurio beach park. KOUS scored some nice aerials
with solid waveriding, while teammate Antonis showed the other sailors that
he is a true wave warrior.

demonstrate that you don't have to travel outside Greece to get waves. KOUS
is demonstrating again, why he is the most respected and recognised Greek

section...Professor Satrantzemis welcomed KOUS and his teammates in his home
spot. Mr. John Satrantzemis coached KOUS in his early stages and are back

Raphina kicks ass. NE winds up
to force 7 provided the perfect venue for fat wave moves. 10 meter fwds,
backies, wave 360, goitas and the rest from the best of the best in Greece,
local hero KOUS. KOUS displayed powerful moves against German pro sailor who
happened to visit Raphina Sunday afternoon, and captured on video.
